I’m Kristy Drake, founder of the Universal Energetics Academy, an intuitive mentor, healer, and educator in the field of energy and spiritual development.
With over 30+ years of hands-on experience working with energy, intuition, and deep transformational healing, my path has been shaped by personal evolution and a lifelong devotion to understanding the unseen forces that shape our lives and businesses.
Throughout my career, I've worked closely with business owners, coaches, and practitioners. And one thing has become crystal clear.

ONE on ONE Mentoring
I came into Kristy's Mediumship group as I wanted to deepen my knowledge and connection with spirituality. I also wanted to understand all the things that I was feeling in my body after experiencing energy for the very first time. This was such a simple decision to make to go with Kristy. What I received from Kristy's knowledge, love and support in this field far outweighed any book or seminar I have done. Being in this container with other like-minded people allowed me to have accountability, a safe place to express. Kristy's way of teaching empowers the individual to come to their own realisation by giving you the breadcrumbs to follow, which is a much more powerful way of teaching. Which I loved. In 3 months of being in this group container, I went from.
- Having random body jaults to allowing energy to flow to me and through me, creating a calmer response to receiving.
- Learning to trust. Trusting that you already know what to do. Trusting the information that is constantly coming to us all and asking questions to know that it is for my higher good.
- Learning the difference between high and low energy vibrations and having protection over yourself is so important when dipping into these realms.
- Processing past life trauma and learning about how things can carry on through love and how we have chosen to come here to process this into awareness.
This is only a small snippet of what I received through Kristy's group mentoring. I know for sure that the person I was before the group container is so different to the person I am now completing the coaching.
